NPMLEs for Interval-Censored Data

The Matlab program "NPMLEs_ICData.m" provides nonparametric maximum likelihood estimators of a distribution function F, based on interval-censored data. The different estimators are the

  • unrestricted,
  • concave, and
  • unimodal (convex-concave)

MLE of F; see Dümbgen, Freitag and Jongbloed (JASA, 2006).
